Customer Return and Warranty Policy

Retail Customers – California

RETURNS

  • Store credit only. No cash or card refunds.
  • Items must be in substantially the same condition as pickup.
  • Delivered, shipped, or installed items are NOT eligible for return.
  • FINAL SALE and AS-IS items are not returnable.
  • 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN TIMEFRAME

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of sale or invoice date.
  • No returns accepted after 30 days.

WARRANTY

  • Limited 30-day store warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • Covers functional defects under normal consumer use.
  • Store remedy limited to repair, replacement, or store credit.
  • Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the manufacturer.
  • AS-IS and FINAL SALE items carry no store warranty.

ITEM CONDITIONS

  • NEW / OPEN BOX – Unused; packaging may be opened for inspection.
  • SCRATCH & DENT – Cosmetic damage; fully functional unless stated.
  • CUSTOMER RETURN – Previously sold; cleaned and inspected.
  • STORE DEMO – Floor model; normal wear.
  • REFURBISHED – Repaired or serviced prior to resale.
  • AS-IS – Sold with all faults. FINAL SALE.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase or accepting delivery or pickup, the customer acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this policy, disclosed prior to sale, in compliance with California law.
