RETURNS
- Store credit only. No cash or card refunds.
- Items must be in substantially the same condition as pickup.
- Delivered, shipped, or installed items are NOT eligible for return.
- FINAL SALE and AS-IS items are not returnable.
- 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN TIMEFRAME
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of sale or invoice date.
- No returns accepted after 30 days.
WARRANTY
- Limited 30-day store warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Covers functional defects under normal consumer use.
- Store remedy limited to repair, replacement, or store credit.
- Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided solely by the manufacturer.
- AS-IS and FINAL SALE items carry no store warranty.
ITEM CONDITIONS
- NEW / OPEN BOX – Unused; packaging may be opened for inspection.
- SCRATCH & DENT – Cosmetic damage; fully functional unless stated.
- CUSTOMER RETURN – Previously sold; cleaned and inspected.
- STORE DEMO – Floor model; normal wear.
- REFURBISHED – Repaired or serviced prior to resale.
- AS-IS – Sold with all faults. FINAL SALE.
CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase or accepting delivery or pickup, the customer acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this policy, disclosed prior to sale, in compliance with California law.
